Abe Sapien
Abe Sapien was born in the underwater city of Atlantis, where he lived a peaceful life among his fellow fish-like creatures. However, when a catastrophic event destroyed his home, he was forced to flee to the surface world. There, he met a group of paranormal investigators known as the Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense (BPRD), who took him under their wing and taught him how to control his unique abilities.
